Obama in India, not only a successful visit but he has been spellbound by the Indian culture, heritage and hospitality. He is no more a foreigner as he is turning out to be a pure desi Indian. His speech at Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi reciting dialogue of DDLG, conferring names like Sharukh Khan, Marycom, Milkha singh etc shows how much he has been struck by the Indian culture. I think in the coming decades the whole world will be turning into a global desi village.... where people will be following the Indian philosophy real closely.

Other than the much awaited Nuclear Deal, there has been talks of Cooperation in Trade, Defense and other aids which Mr. Obama has announced but the most eye-catching was pledge of 4 bn USD lending to India through different banks mainly in Clean energy resources.

The $4-billion deals include $2 billion of leveraged financing for renewable energy investments in India through the US Trade & Development Agency and $1 billion in loans for small and medium businesses across India through the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, or OPIC. Separately, the US Export Import Bank would finance a billion dollars to support 'Made in America' exports to India over the next two years

They both have agreed for more mutual cooperation in infrastructure, Smart City and digitizing retail transactions too.
