How important is Quality for any Product or Service?

Nowadays people are becoming better educated and larger population is travelling to city for a better jobs and a better lifestyle. As people are becoming aware they are shifting more towards quality than the price. Now a normal middle class doesn't mind compromising over quality for price.
Quality plays a very prominent role in today's world. It gives an extra edge over other for the sales of the company. For example Tanishq - a Tata product is known for it's quality product. Similarly Turtle shirts are known for the quality provided by them. Taking an example of rice , we have Basmati rice which is globally famous again because of it's quality. Nobody likes compromising over quality. Quality has become of utmost importance. Hence to conclude with quality should be given a very significant importance and it is a responsibility of every company to produce a quality product.

Quality plays a very important part for the sales of a product. It is that element of a product or service that sets a company apart. It helps in giving that extra edge against the competitors which ultimately gives them that one step advantage required for the survival and success of the company.

But, everything comes at a price. Developing a product/service with extra ordinary quality might cost the customers a little extra. A successful product is that where there is a good balance between the price and the quality. Customers are happy to pay extra for that extra quality service/ product. Lets take example of Apple. It surely lies among the higher end of the price group, but it is the quality that matters to some, and they are happy to pay that little bit extra. Customers are happy with the product and that is what has kept them the leaders in the industry.

What good quality ultimately gives you are satisfied customers who remain loyal to the brand. For a company that’s the biggest asset. It helps in building that trust which plays an important role for the success and survival of a company.

Hence if it is good quality, you get customers for life.

Quality is the most important parameter for retaining the existing customers. In this competitive era, competitors can easily grab your customers with their offers or competitive pricing but only one factor can make your customer to stop & look back is 'Quality'.So, at any cost quality should not be compromised. Quality measures should be adopted & delivered not only in your final product or services but also in the entire phases of the product.

If you don’t give the customer what you promised, right the first time, then it really doesn’t matter how nice you smile or what kind of good eye contact you have.In the end, the customer cares more about getting what they asked for.Easier said than done though, because everyone has different interpretations about what Quality is and everyone has different perceptions of expectations and when it comes to customer satisfaction, it all comes down to perception, How the customer sees and experiences the product and service provided by your business.It’s not what you believe or think,but what your actual customers feel, experience, and say. So accordingly quality is measured along two dimensions, the physical and the performance and it`s the responsility of the seller to satisfy the customer by giving them good quality products and services.

"Quality is not an act,it is a habit".
It ensures the viability of a business.The quality of a product is important because the higher the quality of a product the more the company can charge for that product.
The product of any company is the face of the company,if the quality of the product is higher then the image of the company will be definitely high in the market,which in turn increase the business and revenue for the company.And even the sales people also have confidence while selling the product.. So Quality matters a lot... :)

Quality is the upper most concern these days and everybody talks about it while talking about product.The term 'product' covers not only goods but the quality that supports the product.
In almost every part of business,quality is always a big issue. why not? Quality affects your success (or failure) in business. When your quality is so-so, you expect a so-so business. But when you have the best quality than no body can stop u from success.

The quality product comes first. When you are able to provide a consistently high quality product, you are providing the customer with the most important aspect of customer service, a superior product experience.

Quality is an abstract concept of a standard.Quality Makes the product more Profitable. In simple Words Quality helps in meeting or exceeding customer expectations. so if we want more customer its very important to provide good quality product or services.. :)

Quality this is the first word which came to our mind when we think about any product.Product quality is very important for the company to survive in this competiteve market and also to retain clients and customers.As now a days,customer want new products with best quality and service.In order to make them happy acc. to their needs, the product company is offering should be best in quality in the market with matching the demand.
Acc to our director also, if we can stand in the market and in the heart and mind of our customers it is because of our "quality".If Product quality is good we are on the top and if its not we are out from the market.So for the customer satisfaction and for the company growth quality should be on the top of the list.

You can only make the customer buy the product for the very first time. But the retention of customer will depends on the quality of the product of service which it offers. A Client who is satisfied and happy with the first buying experience, will always make the transaction, or will awalys lead to the increase in the goodwill of the product or service. So, if the quality will not match the expectation the product will die gradually.
In today's world customer is the king, so organistions should take into cosideration and should invest in quality related aspects also..
