Sometime one has to figure which has to be marketed-organisation, people or place. This total depends on the particular thing in the mind of the consumer. As take an example of the Microsoft, its CEO cannot be marketed as people relate to the organisation than the CEO which will get change but organisation will remain there. Place is marketed when it has important related to it example tourism. Sometimes people our above than the organisation then it is important to market people instead of organisation example can Narendra Modi.

everything can't be done by the same organization or at the same time....Narendra Modi is marketed reason being he is popular candidate and BJP will gain much more than the organization is marketed when place has the value other than anything else.....tourism is one of the example.....

organization is marketed when organization has much more value than these two....ex- apple has much more value than its CEO and its place can't be marketed on the name of Tim Cook or American Company.....

In today era of globalization, marketers are now trying to market organizations, place and persons. Organization, place or person marketing refers to the activities undertaken to market any organization, place or person. Examples of place marketing is Government of Madhya Pradesh marketing Madhya Pradesh. Example of person marketing is marketing of Mr. Narender Modi. Example of organization marketing is marketing of TATA group.
