So, what is 5G, or a fifth generation, network?

Tod Sizer, vice-president of wireless research, Bell Labs (Alcatel Lucent),said- it will be a network which will adapt to users' needs rather than the other way around, which is the case now. He also says that his team has started research on the technology and 5G could see industry rollout by 2025.
