In this city most of the IT employees will live in gachibowli, lingampalli, miyapur. We have conducted a survey on how many people will eat meat on Saturday and Sunday. More than 70% people will take that food on weekends. problem is that, they don't have time to go to shop and purchase fresh meat. So my small idea is, if we start online store, which will deliver the meat to their home within 30 min. Really this will work, but we need lot effort to start that, like new idea will develop business a lot, but if want to get idea, first we need to find out the problem. We need to put lot of efforts and we need to manage lot of things. Really i support that if the idea is new, we can start a business and within short time it will become like any thing.

To start a new business needs a lot of guts but the first and the foremost things which forms the base of your business is "Why". You should be very clear of your goals as to "Why" you want to come into business. "How" comes thereafter. It means that how will you go about it. It a sheer game of your skills combined with the basic factors of production i.e. Land, Labor and Capital. Skills do not hold any importance till the time they are applied in the right direction, it is well said that "Only applied skills have an importance". When you have a reason to do it, you will find 1000 ways to do it. The vision should be very long.

Firstly the most imp thing is be very careful in checking that the model of website should generate revenue.
