Risk management is applicable in every place and in everyone's life. If you are the decision maker of your organization then risk is involved in every step and decision you take for the growth of your organization and employee.
Risk management is also involved in entrepreneurship.
Here the key executive should take fast decision depending upon the problem to handle it.
But after the keen observation and should choose the best alternative to solve the problem.
The good decision maker is always aware about the condition and stage of the organization and ready with the solution to solve it.

Risk management is very important. Risk is not only involved in business but also when you undertake a job. There is sudden change in the value of money and if you are the authorised person in the organisation to take decisions regarding this, then you need to take quick decisions to adjust with the changing needs, which deal should be chosen etc. Whereas when you are an entrepreneur risk is associated with whatever you take up. Most of the people do not know how to manage risk. People fail when they take risk which is of no harm, but people cannot digest failure and they tend to blame themselves for the loss. Taking risks does not always ensure success, you may face failure also. But, it is very important to handle that failure carefully. See the mistakes that you have done, know them, learn from them and next time when you try to take up anything risky your past mistakes always help you. Don't feel low or demotivate yourself. This is the time when you have to be strong and think practically and logically and ensure that you will learn from your mistakes and avoid them in future. Self motivation is the key. However, every individual whether an entrepreneur or who is undertaking a job should know how to manage risks and adjust with the changing needs of the environment. This helps you to be more confident and boosts your knowledge.
