yes,it do matters in sales job because we need to met different customer sometimes we will get complex situation for that self motivating helps to get out of that situation

What is motivation ?
An inner desire that keeps one going, moving. Self motivation is a key as it makes a person dynamic thus no matter what the circumstances person shall strive for better. For instance a person not achieving one's target. A self motivated person shall keep on looking at ways to achieve and for a person alredy hitting the target motivation will help him find new targets and ways to raise the bar.

For a Sales individual, the highest motivation factor that he can depend on is "HE HIMSELF".
As it is Said that GOD helps only those who help themselves
. Similarly a sales individual needs to help himself throughout the process.
Targets are the major issues for sales people and that is something that demotivates them, hence they cannot afford to sit back and feel demotivated . It is there responsibility to find out what wrong they are doing and take corrective measures to make things right .
A sales person needs to be ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC AND MOTIVATED through out the selling process.
Nobody likes buying things from individuals who are dull and blatant. Hence SELF MOTIVATION IS THE CAR that will help the SALES INDIVIDUAL clear the journey of achieving targets and reach the desired location/objective

Self motivation is very important for any person within or out of the organisation. Working on the same job on regular basis can make anyone bored with it. Hence, this would affect the working style and focus of the personnel. This would result in reduction in the motivation to work with a greater zeal and increase absenteesm in the organisation which would further lead to reduce production overall. In such a case , self motivation can be very helpfull. Self motivation helps in getting back the confidence to perform well and to work with the greater zeal in the organisation.Its increases the level of performance and enthusiasm to work for the effective and efficient completion of the work. This will ensure the profits of the organisation. A self motivated person performs his/her job with greater interest . This will reduce the absenteeism in the organisation and the overall results of the organisation will be tremendous. Therefore to conclude , i would just like to say that self motivation is very important for any working personnel of any organisation.

self motivation is a phenomenon of doing things what needs to be done even when thngs are very challenging self motivated people find ways and reasons to perform the task. and similar happens in sales job.
one should trust himself and more over they should trust their product also. the best way of self motivation is to keep smile even if the situation is worst. big personality says YOUR DAY IS WASTE IF YOU HAVE NOT SMILED.

The key is to 'actively listen' to your customer to really deeply understand their business, their needs, their motivation, their challenges, their opportunities, their likes, their dislikes, and so on.

Self Motivation is required in every work you want to do in your life...Self motivation help us a lot even better than others motivation because we know our self and even we know our limit like how we can stretch ourselves for the work or targets ..So in sales also self motivation works a lot..We can achieve target in sales when we are self motivated and we have a zeal to do that...We can realize our mistakes and can measure our success..We can even set our goals and standards according to the targets..all these things can work only if we are self motivated..Its easy to handle ups and down in the professional work...and when we have in words in our heart"SALES HOGI , SALES KARNA ASAAN HAI"...then definitely sales hogi..
