Yes, sales & cricket requires same kind of team work to achieve best results.....In sales field, we need to follow processes & our effort to make it fast closure wont work.

Both in cricket and sales, team member has to achieve target as a team only. The weakness of one member may spoil whole game. Every team member has to perform well. Team members have to perform well since the initial stage.

Well, Being an Indian how can we forget something not compared with Cricket. We follow it like anything....We do not know whats missing in our kitchen or important meeting we have...but we never dare to miss ..Whats the Score ?

Sales is also very much related to Cricket... We have limited resource but have to score more and more to chase the target.

We also forecast the target and then we defend it....sometimes when target seems little far from reach...we play hard and try to achieve it. We also choose which bowler should be targeted..with whom to be played carefully...

Same things we do with Sales...we work little more hours...extra effort..more and more prospects..where we have to go out o the process and close asap. In some cases, we have to follow processes and our effort to make it fast closure wont work....

....once we chase down the target...we get rewards and And above all..the joy of...Yes We did it.....
