Well Facebook,LinkedIn and Twitter are the three best social media websites which have made a huge impression lately in the field of social media.Many businesses are using these three websites to successfully marketing their products.Lets take example of GE which is the world largest and most renowned company.What GE did is known to a few.When it started expanding its business in the early 70's it took the help of social media in the US.The marketing team of GE started promoting the expansion plans of the company on the social media websites like Facebook and Yahoo.These were the two main social media tools which were known to mankind in the 70's.So many companies have taken the help of social media to make their products count in the market. Dominos and Marlboro are another such example of such marketing.

Facebook can be effectively used for marketing your products.Firstly you can create a page of your product on Facebook which provides awareness of your product to millions of people using Facebook.Now days whatever you put in the social media goes viral and is viewed by millions of people.If you are a company then your products will surely be viewed on the page.Secondly creation of a community for your product is another good idea to promote your product.The community will have people's who likes your product and will have people who share same opinions about your product.So using Facebook is an amazing idea to make your product public and many companies are doing it regularly.LinkedIn enjoys equal opportunities to market your product in front of the people.In LinkedIn we have various groups of various companies like GE,Hero,HUL and Mercedes where people interact and talk about the latest news about the company.The group attracts expert comments from the top management and employees of the companies.So its a smart idea to promote a company's product through those groups,as the group contains both the corporates and non-corporates who are not a part of the company.But LinkedIn is far more professional then any other social media website.In LinkedIn you can directly talk to the production manager or Hr manager of any company and share your views of the product offerings that the company is producing.

Twitter can be effectively used to market your products.In twitter people can follow various personalities which they like and can tweet about the products which they like or dislike.A person can tweet like what product is he buying or which product he likes the best,by which he is actually promoting the product and which give rise to brand management.The brand of the product enjoys in this regard.Many people can use the hash tag function by which he promotes discussion on any topic like sales,brand or any other prospect of any business.So,companies are using now days Facebook,Twitter or LinkedIn as an effective tool to market their products.
