I think when we talk of aspiring to inspire, we talk of creating future leaders who can lead the people of this nation to a better reality. When people say that leaders are born, they are right to an extent. Most people like to believe that they are in complete control of their fate, but we are all subject to the influence of our surroundings. Where we are born, when we are born, the circumstances around us and the people around us, shape us and make us the individuals we grow up to be.

When we talk of becoming leaders of the market or becoming entrepreneurs, we have to understand the needs of the people. Businesses exist to fulfill needs, everyone in the society has needs that they want satiated, that's where entrepreneurs come in, they identify this need, decide how they are going to fulfill it, execute a successful business idea to do just that, and become market leaders consequently.
