Lead generation can be done in various ways, social media being one of the options. Social media has gained a lot of popularity in recent years and customers details can be obtained by floating an advertisement and getting replies from the interested people.
Another medium can be by placing a desk in malls or popular places with print ads or demonstrations of the product present and customer details of the interested people can be noted.
We can also keep a track of all the loyal customers and keep informing them about the new products which also help in building will trust.

The best way of lead generation may comprise of a number of steps like the following:
 Collecting complete contact details of the people whom we find are interested in knowing the details of our product or services and also can be potential customers.
 To maintain customer loyalty we can maintain cordial relationships with each one we find is interested.
 We should try to create trust.

I think social media like Twitter and Linked In are very good sources to generate lead. Many companies have their feedback on twitter handles , we can browse the tweets that customer is making many of them tweet with their names tagged so we can find out which all companies are their clients.

Effective implementation of 4Ps and Following AIDAS are the key inputs for tele sales lead generation.

4Ps of Lead Generation are;

1. Product: Team should understand their product very well. They must be well verse with the effective value props, competitors analysis, product specification and Tech Specs.
2. Process: Let your tele sales engine works for you, you should not be working for it. Mean every aspect should have clear definitions like like DB, target audiences, RPC and most important BANT.
3. Pitch: No juggling of words should be allowed. Pitch should be concrete and concise. Every telephonic conversation is a reflection of first 10-12 seconds, rest is follow-up. Always remember, Long pitch and more talking is inversely proportional to the desired out come.
4. People: Right people at Right Place is the key for tele sales Lead Gen. One should be clear about "What is he going to perform?", "Why is he doing tele calling?" "Is he confident enough to perform a successful CATI?" and "Is he ready to interview the person talking to him?"

Review all your 4Ps before kick start the Tele Lead Gen Activity.

AIDAS for Tele Lead Gen are:

1. Attention: Pitch should be derived in a way to quickly grab the attention of the respondent towards you.

2. Interest: Once he is interested in you you are through with 1st step. Now remember, "Consumer doesn't buy what he wants, he always buys what the seller is selling." Means necessary is to know you then your company and at last your product. Talk about his interests and benefits. "Nobody Works for Your Benefit."

3. Desire: Effective Interest generation leads to the Desire creation. Never try to fetch out the need or want. Aims towards their desire and make that their need.

4. Attention: Desire=Need is well enough to create the attention towards your proposal and here comes when the prospect will start actual comparison.

5. Satisfaction: Satisfy your customer with the answers to all of his queries. If he is not satisfied on any of his point, you will surely loose his interest.

Most important and above all "BACK GROUND SCREENING". Make sure, you know almost every thing about your prospect. Their profile, working environment, hierarchy, corporate governance, recent M&A, financials, spokes person's statements, expansion plans and every thing. Its better if you can explore the individual details of the respondent.

Once you are done with this, you are through with your job.

Lead generation is very important for the organization. The best way to for lead generation is advertising of their products in order to improve the sales. Like putting the product names in pamphlets and distributing to the people so that it gives them the idea of going to their shops directly and to buy them. We can save the time without searching for the product for a long time.
And another way is giving free samples of their products, if they like their product it automatically improves the sales. The important thing is they have to take care of quality of their product in order to get the brand name in the market. And by giving the ads in TV, news papers, mag zines so that every one will be aware of their products. And also by posting the adds in sites so that every one can see their products. And lastly by providing offers, giving discounts to the products so that people might attract and automatically it improves sales.

lead generation - A typical process but it is the only thing by which you can get growth in your career.
to generate a lead first of all we have to know the full knowledge about the product which we will provide to the perspective client. than we try to know the need of clients than we build some rapport with the client than start pitching the product. so to generate a lead knowledge of product and need of customer should be keep in mind.

The best way to lead generation is to advertise about the products though various source such as posting adds in Twitter, face book, Linked in, Magazines so that everyone is aware of the products by that sales may improves. The another way is to provide samples for the public and taking the feedback about the products. So by this definitely we can lead generation.

There are many ways for lead generation. Cold calls, through social networking sites etc. Cold calls is a very old method of cold calling which was effective in those days only. Nowadays people are not interested to get information of a product or service on phone. Companies get 10-12 calls daily so if we are doing the same they will not be interested in our product. Today, for lead generation we need to adopt techniques of marketing as the economy as a whole is developing. For a business to survive, it should change with the changing trends in the business. Nowadays social networking sites are in trend. People promote their product on sites. Facebook pages, twitter, linkedin etc help in lead generation. We should make regular updates on facebook page which helps to attract consumers attention like uploading videos, pictures, some stories etc help in lead generation as people will take interest when you update daily on social networking sites. Moreover we can also visit companies and promote our product and services through direct contact with the concerned person. Generate exciting offers, coupons, discounts etc all these all help in generation of leads.
