We should not take telephonic interview as something differently. Just perform well as you were performing in a face to face interview. That's it.

Some tips I am sharing here ....Answer the phone professionally .Be enthusiastic, but polite. Don't be overfamiliar and don't start chatting as if you were talking to a friend. Remember to listen carefully and answer accordingly.
