I think listening skill is a crucial component during the telephonic interview process.keep yourself calm in body and mind and do not use unprofessional language during the telephonic interview round.

To be good at telephonic interview, one should focus on the questions being asked and answer them precise and to the point.

There is an add-on advantage for performing well at telephonic interview as you will not see the interviewer; physical gesture (anger/sad/happy/laughing/wink) and you will be able to answers confidently.

Well i think telephone interview is not an easy business. There are protocols you need to follow and precautions you must take.It is important to speak at a slow pace and be clear so that the interviewer can understand what you are saying. Most importantly keep your tone pleasant as most interviewers are experienced and can easily judge the comfort level of the candidate, so it is important to smile and stay relaxed. :D

Talking on phone isn't found as easy as it seems.Like people get nervous as they were on phone and another thing is that moves in our mind is our is our interview fear....so the best way to get rid of it which I found is to do practise and record ur own voice and hear it and then u found your mistakes like amm.. okie..we says many times. so from next time we'll try to improve it.
