BEWARE of Job Guarantee Programs

Really it’s a foolish things, most of the young stars believes these things blindly. No one will give guarantee for anything. Young people should keep in mind that if we work hard, if we have enough stuff and command on subject, sure they will get good job. If they work hard for that job companies never let him go, they won’t leave such person. Most of the training institutes say blindly that they will provide 100% placement and job guarantee programs, people should not believe such things. Everyone should remember that until and unless we work hard we won’t get anything. Of course we can’t blame institutes for this because; it’s their business strategy to sustain in the market. But we need to understand what present scenario is and how we will get jobs. So my sincere advise please don’t believe anything blindly and once think before going to do anything.

No body can provide guarantee jobs. All the institutes says that they will provide the placement assistance, and they provide too but it depends upon you that how you perform in the interview.
You cannot blame others if you have talent then you did not need to worry one day you will find your dream job for sure. But you have to keep patience and should not stop improving yourself.
if u failed any interview ask the feedback, why they have not selected you because sometimes the requirements are different but there is nothing lacking in you. So take the feed back of the recruiter about your performance it helps you in improving.

BEWARE of Job Guarantee Programs

#3 Postby shreya » Tue Aug 27, 2013 9:56 am

Sometimes, it has been seen that students are getting misguided by several Job guarantee Programs.. I would like to suggest that Keep your eyes open and don't allow anyone to cheat on you. Following are some of the thumb rules, put it in your mind and live life your own way...

Rule #1..
DON'T BELIEVE IN ANYONE WHO ASKS YOU TO PAY MONEY FOR OFFERING A JOB.

Rule #2..
DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY 'JOB GUARANTEE' PROGRAMS FROM TRAINING INSTITUTES. 99.0 % OF THEM DON'T KEEP UP THEIR PROMISES.

Rule #3..
KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE' AND 'PLACEMENT GUARANTEE'.
There is a subtle difference between 'Placement Assistance' and 'Placement Guarantee'. The former one means that they will help you to get a job, but no guarantee. If you observe the advertisements carefully, most of them mention '100% Placement Assistance'. Later they can always escape saying that they never guaranteed a job. Even if they do, there will be a famous super star saying "* Conditions Apply !" :-). Ask them what those conditions are.

Rule #4..
DON'T ATTEND THE WRITTEN TESTS/INTERVIEWS THAT ASK YOU TO PAY REGISTRATION FEE. 99.0 % OF THEM ARE FAKE.
An exception is the Government companies. They require some registration fee. That's OK. Remember that good/branded companies never ask you for registration fees. They don't need it.

Rule #5..
DON'T BELIEVE ANYONE WHO SAYS THEY CAN GET YOU THROUGH COMPANIES BY 'BACK-DOOR'.
People in the companies are not senseless to recruit candidates in illegal ways and put them and their own company in trouble

Rule #6..
DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY OF THE 'ONLINE TYPING JOBS' OR 'SMART JOBS' THAT ASK YOU TO PAY SOME MONEY TO EARN MORE.

Rule #7..
THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING MONEY TO ANY OF THE JOB SITES.
Companies don't need to take any money from you. They might tell you hundreds of stories like they are taking money as a 'Security Deposit' or for 'Infrastructure' purpose. Don't trust them. If they don't have enough money for their infrastructure, they don't deserve to run the company :)
