Every Sales person follow the same process and these steps should be followed in order to achieve success.
Knowledge of Product - Sales person can able to explain how the product works or why it’s unique that the benefits to the customer are left out of the discussion.
Prospecting - Most important element is to create a qualified prospect,searching a new customers and existing ones.
Approach - This is the step where you begin to build a relationship with your prospect.
Presentation - The presentation should be very interactive just focus on benefits rather than features. Your presentation will be a focused and relevant.
Closing - Identifying closing signals from the prospect and offer something extra to get the buyer agree.
Follow-up - Followup is building a long term relationship with your customers for referrals and repeat sales.
