Just how important is Internal Marketing?
Internal marketing is the first step towards the success of any organisation. Internal marketing primarily deals with an employee within an organisation. it is important to keep the employees happy and satisfied within an organisation , only then they'll be able to perform well. Also in the case of product launch it is important to firstly test the product within the employees to get a better feedback where the positive parts can be treated as a compliment and the negative areas can be treated as an area of improvement. Internal marketing is a very important system within an organisation to motivate and retain the employees.

Just how important is Internal Marketing?
According to CareerBuilder's 2015 survey, 30% of employees look for jobs elsewhere even if they're currently employed. Job dissatisfaction and higher salaries at other firms, contribute to this dismaying figure. On top of it in businesses where employees interact directly with the consumers, dissatisfied employees can have negative impact on consumer retention.
Dissatisfied employees are likely to treat the consumers disdainfully, and in turn consumers are likely to change their service providers after receiving bad service. In a way the employees themselves are one of the best ways a firm can market and advertise itself to its consumers. Besides giving them incentives, intrinsic and external rewards, and tying their remuneration to their performance, what else can be done to motivate the employees, and market the firm's values to the employees?
