Apart from the above mentioned, I would like to add some more traits of a good personality.

1. Perseverance: Even when the work is getting delayed or becoming difficult to complete, one should have the determination to go ahead and complete it.

2. Mix of Extroversion and Introversion : Instead of being a complete extrovert, a 70-30 mix of both is desirable.

3. Empathy : One should be able to put himself in the shoes of another before taking any decisions.

4. A good communicator : The ability of a person to communicate effectively adds to his personality.

5. Kindness : We should be kind and helpful to all living things.

6. Trustworthy : It means a lot to be a trustworthy person.

7. Self Disciplined : The ability of a person to control his feelings and overcome his weaknesses.

IMPORTANT TRAITS OF PERSONALITY MODEL ...

#2 Postby shalini1792 » Wed Jun 18, 2014 10:58 am

When the new employees are recruited in the orgainsation , its very hard to tell how is there stability and how they are in there emotional strenght. Hence, there is some of the traits of the personality model, which helps in recognising the personality of the individuals clearly. These are:

1. EMOTIONAL STABILITY: This basically measures the individuals ability to handle the stress and difficult situations. With positive emotional stability, the individual is mostly calm and confident and secure.

2. OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE: Individuals which are opened to too much experience are the ones who are to take challenges and are more creative and curious.

3. CONSCIENTIOUSNESS: An individual with high conciousness is the one who is more responsible , organised and dependable . He is more persistant in his work. If the individual has low conscientiousness then such an individual can get diverted and distressed by the work soon.
