Stress is a compulsory trait if you want to be a successful manager. There's always so much to do in so less time and amidst so many difficulties. There are always a few eggs that break when you try to set things right. and in the process you leave some employees happy and others a little less than happy.
Now here are some easy ways to handle stress:
(i) Do not take your work home. Think about your work in your workplace. Once You lock the door of your cabin behind you, make sure you lock all your worries inside the cabin as well.
(ii) Find out a hobby. Find yourself some time to spend practising your hobby.
(iii) Eat healthy. Eat well.
(iv) Sleep sound. Do not spend sleepless night thinking about all that is not right at your workplace.
(v) Exercise well. Follow a proper schedule.

These few steps might just help you to handle everyday stress from work.
Well, you should know this!!

Stress, we hear about it everyday and face this most of the time. Stress is defined as a state of mental and emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. W face a lot of this in business environment where one has to meet deadlines , achieve target, work overtime and away from home. It reduces our efficiency and decelerates our performance.
Lets look at some of the ways to overcome stress and lead a happy life. First and foremost, in situations of stress, we must remind ourselves that being stressed about something wont improve the situation. It's like a rocking chair that keeps us moving but gets us nowhere. Also we should remember, like every lock has a key, so does every problem has a solution.
Have multiple identity: Those who have only one identity that enhances their feeling of self and, if that identity is their work identity, then, for the rest of their lives, they will be inseparable from work. Without work they will not be able to sustain their identity. That is why it is important to have more than one identity to validate our self. Imagine a busy executive having a hobby. He plays the violin and gives public concerts, which is appreciated by everyone. Time will automatically flow into this second identity. Somehow life will find a way to distribute time to both identities. Our second identity can be anything we want it to be. It is up to us to create it. Those who are spiritually minded will find time to pursue their spiritual interests. Those who are interested in doing something for society and enjoy their social worker identity will find time for helping others. It could be an activity that one can do alone, for those who derive energy by spending time with themselves. People with aesthetic sense would enjoy nature walk. It could be as simple as jogging. Others may have a hobby. But these interests must be strong enough to validate ourselves.
Finally, spending quality time with friends and family is another great way to reduce stress.

With this word every person and every human being is facing now-a-days. Just not only the employees, but also students,
wives, patients etc.,.

And there many ways to release this stress, as we all know that where there is will, there is a way.
Some people stressed unnecessarily for every small reason and some people for them everything whatever they do is just a problem.
There are few steps i think it helps to release the stress:
First stop thinking about the problem, for every problem there is solution and it solves on its own time nobody solve it before.
Next start joking with your friends, make them laugh because when you laugh you feel relaxed.
now-a-days people laugh for show purpose they don't laugh freely and for their sake, start laughing.
Next do yoga or exercise every morning it releases your stress and make you fit.
Spend good time with your family and friends by going out and have fun with them.
And whenever you are free just do what you like to do may be its not perfect but it makes you relaxed and happy such as
if you have habit of painting, singing, dancing etc.,. anything do it.

Believe me if you do this you will be happy and you will more energized at your place work.

STRESS... People face this word at every face of there life, infact some may face it everyday. In business, working late night, working hard for a dream project, getting the work done by others etc, be it any work , It definitely involves stress. But its very important for the every employee to become stress free as more stress reduces the stamina and energy to work hard and reduces the zeal to work towards the goals of the organisation. In order to reduce the stress, following things could be done:

1. Firstly, its very important to take breaks from the work on regular works. This restores the energy and stamina to work effieciently.

2. Its very important for your supervisor to know what you are going through. If you are stressed, it should be known by him. In such cases , they may also provide you with some assistance which may help you to reduce your stress.

3. Detaching yourself from the work at your off time is the best way to reduce the level of stress on daily basis.
