The most important thing is to have a cause which the followers can rally behind, no matter how good the team is without a strong purpose it will never be effective. Thus the first requirement of being a good leader is to have a common purpose your followers can work towards fulfilling. A leader must also have a vision about how the followers need to achieve the target. To lead the followers to success, a leader also needs to have an accurate estimate of the time, resources and the extent of collective efforts needed to accomplish the ultimate goal. But a leader cannot accomplish the goal all by himself, the most important trait a leader must possess is the ability to influence people. A leader should be attentive towards the needs of his followers and must know how to successfully interact with people.

Leadership is assumption of personal responsibility to know that i am bestowed with power to choose my reaction, power to envision preferred future, power to manage time well, power to listen to others with empathy, power to synergistically engage with others to create win win situation and power to show others path if leadership. Leadership is about taking good care of knowkedge& skill, health and relations. Leadership is about reflection, realization, being grateful to everyone in cosmos for helping us lead our lives and also having copassion towards them.

To be a leader means setting a good example and choosing the right
choice, whether people will note the good you’ve done or not. I try my best to
incorporate good leadership skills in my life. At home, in office, every day I
see others doing good, leading to a better point in themselves and others,
my hope is to do the same and impact someone else’s life.
I myself try to show leadership skills in the hopes of influencing other
people to make better choices. In small things such as sharing and leading
by example being helpful and informative rather than cold and correcting
when explaining how to do something correctly in the hopes of the person I

To become a good leader, there are many skills and knowledge the concerned person should have. A leader is called that way because he should be such that he should lead his team. A leader is there for a team and not for a group. He should have realistic objectives which is possible to be attained and which can be measured. Objectives form the core part of the team. A leader should be motivating. Motivation is the main job of a leader. He should motivate in such a way that his team members should work very hard. He should listen to his team member's views and opinions. He should consider them and then take any decision related to it. This is very important, because then the team members feel that they are important for this team and their views and opinions are also important which can affect the decision making of the leader. They feel they are a part of the team and they feel happy about it. This keeps the team intact and helps them to grow and develop. Leader should have a proper vision. his intentions should be good, not degrading any morale values and ethics. Whatever he does, should be beneficial for the organisation.

Being a leader itself shows a great responsibility. Leader can be at any level whether for a small team, or leading a country the main thing which reside is that a person must posses the quality for assembling a team and guide in a proper way...leader must posses many properties like honesty, confidence, sense of homour and the main thing is attitude..A leader should have a clear idea about what he/she wants to achieve and should be able to manage the team accordingly. a leader should always motivate their team.. even the criticism should be always in a constructive way. The ability to listen and than take action is something that a leader should posses..
