No i won't think that only cricket helps in keeping the employees happy. Not only cricket any other activity helps them. They can spend their time to watch it and enjoy or to play themselves with their friends. So by that they can relax for some time and it reduces the work pressure.

I partially agree that cricket helps only male employee to be happy.

Because not only india in every country most of the population take interest in cricket. They like to play hours and hours
and even surprisingly they don't feel bore.
But in a organization there are both male and female employees and female employees are not interested to play cricket
specially. So an organization should arrange the in such a way so all the employees of both genders can participate and
can relaxed.

I don't agree with this one. Any activity which is useful for employees will helps to keep employees happy. Not only cricket any game helps in keeping employees happy. Like it will helps a lot to reduces the work pressure. Most of the companies conduct events and games on Saturday, that will really helps to motivate employees to work effectively, outings also really helps a lot to reduce the work pressure. More over conduct any event which makes them to work more, like group discussions on different topics.

Healthy discussions are always good for employees whether its cricket or any other topic. Productivity of an emp never grows in a stressful environment. These kind of discussions helps reducing their work pressure.
