Am a big lover of movies, and motivational movies are the ones that give me goose bumps. One of my favourite movies is “United”.
The movie United – 2011, directed by James Strong, is based on true story of Manchester United’s Busby Babes and the aftermath of the 1958 Munich Air Disaster. The movie is an inspirational story of how a team after being handicapped, gets motivated and fights back to reach their goal. Its starts with how important training and development is for an individual which is depicted by how the lead Bobby Charlton is selected in the playing team by the coach, Jim Murphy. It shows how important is performance to get promoted and move ahead. It also shows how the leader/manager of an organisation, in this case, the coach, should keep an eye on who is performing well so that the entire team is benefited. The movie also shows the importance and role of a leader played by Sir Matt Busby. He managed one of the biggest clubs in Europe and had to live upto the expectation of millions of football fans who treated it as a religion. He earned the respect from the entire team and fans and was regarded as an inspirational figure.
After the Munich air crash, which killed seven of the playing eleven teammates, shattered their hopes of winning the European League and FA cup. Inspite of this, how the team managed to comeback is highly motivational. The love for the club was shown by the fans all around who helped by funding them. This shows that as an organisation, one should live upto the expectation of the people around, whom they are serving. Harry Gregg, the goalkeeper, and the coach Jim Murphy had the urge in them to form a team yet again to fulfil the dreams of the players who lost their life, of their leader Sir Matt Busby and millions of fans all around the world. They involved the young enthusiast footballers and gave them a chance to display their talents and formed a team which went upto the finals of FAcup. The entire team earned huge respect and showed that against all the odds, United will stay United.

Because this movie tells us about the fact of life that how we can enjoy our life and make our life inspirational and memorable. This movie tells us about that we don't need to think about the problems of future beacuse if we are enjoying our life today that will only reflect in our future.

I like to discuss about a motivational and highly inspirational movie ''SECRET'' - The Law of Attraction. This movies shows how we can achieve what we want to achieve. This movies tries to prove that whatever is going on surrounding us is all asked by ourselves. This movie also shows some of succes stories and it shows how we attract the things towards us. All you have remembered the dialogue of Sharukh Khan in movie ''Om Shaanti Om'', that " jab koi dil se koi chiz maangta hai to sari kayanat use humse milaane ke liye sajise karne lagti hai'', actually its true. Even I have tried this many times and I have found that this was right. Nature is like ''Alladin'', as alladin says your wish is my desire, in the same way what we ask the nature gives us. Nature don't no that what we have asked is wrong or right, it just know one thing that whatever you wish, it fulfills.
