After sales service play very important part in retaining the customer and even developing new clients..It creates more trust and building strong relationship with the company and its services...sales start from a process of approaching a client to convincing then follow up and then at last closing the deal but keeping the customers happy the is the very crucial step..Its helps customers as well as us also...

If customer is happy with our overall services then next time for sure it will come back to us..Co automatically getting branding through word of mouth...By references more customers want to avail our services...

Our motto should not be just only doing sales but it should be make customer happy in everyways

Closing a sale is the first step to increase your sales and after sales service is the last step. After sales service refers to the service a customer is entitled to after purchasing something. It gives extra customer satisfaction since the customer service does not end with the purchase (or sale) of goods.
Providing good after-sales service indicates one want to build a long-term relationship & earn loyalty of the customers. Providing after-sales service keeps the customers coming back to you.
After-sales service includes how you follow up after the customer has left.

Closing the sales deal is not the last step in sales but it is the beginning of a relationship with the client.After sales service play a very important role in developing long term relationship with the customer.Sales is not only about closing deals but relationship building is also an important part of it.

Totally agreeing with the statement I too believe after sales services is the strongest point to generate more revenue through referral and getting clients back to us..

Presently we are living in the era of change, technology is getting updated day by day and robots have been designed to the extent that we think also and work faster than human and getting business in this kind of competitive environment is really tough..

So to complete the predefined targets in the sales process,the best strategy is overwhelming after sales services and try to get maximum referrals from existing clients ..
