Really this work is challenging work for every sales person. I think it’s not easy work but we can do that by finding what customer expecting either from product or service. Suppose customer visit the store ,then sales person should receive that person politely and ask them politely what they require, like that sales person should approach customer. Moreover sales person should explain any product or service in technical way, and explain about advantages of the product or service then only customer believe the product and company also. Service, company should provide the best service to the customer and they should available to the customer in any time. Good service makes customer more happy always. Maintain good relation with customer, best example for this is SBI. SBI wish their customer on their birthdays, it means they are trying to attract customer in different way, and even they are maintaining constant healthy relationship.

To make customers happy, first the sales person need to understand the customers requirement and does it matches with his/ her target customer.
If yes, then he/she should proceed to convince the customer.
the sales person should be polite while talking and should give more importance to the customers requirements and needs.

1. Listening to there grievances and to provide them with the solutions so that they feel satisfied with the product.
2. If the customer has approached with any problem , the particular employee should take the responsibility to perform the right duties and accomplish the task.
3. The organisation head of departments should know that which employee is performing well in the organisation so that they can be kept in front to deal with the customers .
4. Sometimes customers when reach out with their problems they just need simple solutions for there problem, hence at that time the employee s presence of mind is counted a lot.
5. The employee should be very polite and kind to the customer dealing with them which makes them feel comfortable and happy to visit again.

Customer is a god for us. So whenever we are talking to the customer we should be calm and patient the key to make the customer happy is first listen to him what ever he is saying to you very politely and patiently . And then give your views that sir/ mam that product will not suit you please buy this product you will definitely get the ROI on what i am saying because earlier also i have given this product to 1 customer he was very happy and after few days he called me and told that the product which i have suggested him he has got the maximum sale that month . Sir our motto is "IF CUSTOMER IS HAPPY WE ARE HAPPY " .
And sometimes customer also tells you that i want that product only which i have told you and its our duty to tell him/her that whether that product will match their requirement or not . If he / she does not agree on your point please be patient sell the product which he / she wants and tell him rest is all up to you whether you will get the ROI or not clearly . So that in future he can not blame you that i have suggested him the wrong product......Be happy and always keep your customer happy......

Coming from B2B sales back groung.. many times i came acroos the situation when client tries to keep his/her upper hand over you.. keeping aside the fact that Business Association is always about mutual benefit.. one need keep projecting the same(Business Association is always about mutual benefit)..in a polite and a shuttle manner.. there is no determined process to keep a client happy... But some of the key facotrs which needs to be kept in mind while communcation with client.. which can be helpful for a healthy business relation with client are:

At an the end of the day.. it's about what client is geeting in propotion to the amount he/she is spending

Coming from B2B sales back ground.. many times i have came across the situation when client tries to keep his/her upper hand over you.. keeping aside the fact that the bussiness associtation is always about mutual benefit.. the best way to projecting the same( bussiness associtation is always about mutual benefit).. always try to put your point in a a polite manner.. there is no way you can keep a client happy.. some of the factors, which can only help to have a healthy business relationship with client, you need to keep in mind while communcating with client are:
