Is it really good to be a good listener always?
Yes, if we listen properly then only we can think in different way. Particularly, sales person should have good listening skill, and then only sales person can understand what customers are saying. Not only for customers, it will be very useful when we speak with different clients. By proper listening we can do the things very quickly, that means, we do not spend much time on unnecessary things. We can clarify our doubts by proper listening, and then we can execute any operation in different way, because we have clear idea about what we are going to do. So it is very important for sales person.

It is really necessary to be a good listener always. If you listen carefully, half of our things are done. You don't need to do same thing again and again. When we don't listen carefully, confusion starts growing, which blocks our mind completely. This is not good at all. When we listen properly we can do things properly. Not only properly but we do it at faster rate comparatively because we know what we have to do without wasting time on unnecessary things. Such skills should be developed from childhood only. Some courses or seminars should be conducted to develop these skills in schools. colleges etc. Good listening is a part of the basic skills development therefore, should be inculcated from childhood.

Its very important for any working individual to be a good listener.It is said that a keen and good listening solves half of the problem . Hence, Proper listening to all the grievances would help them to solve the problems quickly and satisfy the customers by providing them right solutions at right time. Even in the case of any employee, they should be a keen listener on task allotted to them by there boss so that they complete it within the time and perform the right job so that target is achieved efficiently and effectively .Being a good listener helps in many ways and moreover it solves most of the problems of the organisation also. Hence, evrey employees should learn the tactic of keen and good listening.

Yes, it is true that it is really good to be a good listener. Good listening is a skill that every businessman should develop. Good listening skill is a must when you are planning to become an entrepreneur. With good listening half of the problems are solved. When we don't listen properly, 1000 questions pop up in mind. soo, it is better to listen properly. Good listening is very important as it helps in solving problems easily as we know what the problem is. It also helps in applying creative ideas. If we are out for a business meeting, and if we don't listen properly and keep on asking questions, it creates bad impression on the business partners and they might think whether to deal with you or not. They might also think that you are arrogant as you are not listening properly. So, it is better that we listen properly always and grow all round.

Listening is more active than hearing. If we focus on listening, we will develop our personality, improve our relationship, and be successful at all positions in our life. Good listening helps us to learn more about other people. Knowing more about people is helpful in our professional life as well as personal life. Careful listening helps in avoiding the confusion & misunderstandings that generally happens in conversation..

In my opinion for a sales person it is really good to be a good listener always.In sales it is very necessary to understand the exact customer requirements and then suggest him the right product.If a sales person does not listen to the customer properly he will feel offended.So for becoming a successful sales person one has to be a good listener.

I feel that it is good to be a good listener and a sales professional must, first listen to the needs and objectives of the clients and then must think of ways of assisting the client in achieveing those objectives. Sales should never be pushed upon on a client, rather should be pitched in showcasing the value that the client will get out of the association. Listening is not the only important sales aspect but educating the client of all the value that their organisation will get out of the product or service is more important.

In my opinion, For a good salesperson, It is very important to be a good listener because if you listen to the complete requirement of the customer, you will be able to suggest the right product to him else you fail as a salesperson. It is also very important to lend ears to the customer because if you do not do so, it may give him an impression that you are not interested in what he says and the moment he gets offended, he will not buy the product from you. So, listen to the complete information given by customer, extract the meaning full information out of it, analyse it and then suggest the right product to him.

Yes, its always good to be a good listener. A good listener can always think out of the box & can view a situation from different perspectives.
If we take sales then for a person to be a good salesperson he should be a good listener always, because then only he will be able to analyse the customers need/problems & would be able to provide any suggestions at that point of time or would be able to convey the same to the organisation so that the organisation can provide the best to its customers.
If a person is not a good listener then he/she might face a lot of difficulty in understanding what the other person is trying to explain or deliver.
Not paying full attention on the speakers words leave them in confusion as what the speaker wanted to explain & hence there thoughts might give birth to a whole new thing.
Also if you are a good listener it helps you a lot as your logical thinking gets more & more developed along with the knowledge.
