See...I would have just one word answer...Be You...these days HR person are very shrewd and they are meeting with people like interviewee everyday and every time..they judge a person in first 5 minutes and for the next 10-15 minutes they just try to find out a reason to reject or select them.

But there should be some signs or acts during interview :

1 There should be positive vibe from your body language....
2. Polite answers...if you don't have any answers..say..you dont know but you will find out for sure...
3.A good eye contact but definitely not staring....
4. Smiling face but not over and large.
5. try to be in discussion mode rather than in KBC round...

How to act during an INTERVIEW...

#2 Postby shalini1792 » Fri Jun 13, 2014 10:45 pm

INTERVIEW   :?
Well whenever we face this word ,we get all this emotions on our face and head. Some people act very wisely for the interview but some may just not be okay with the idea of interviews. People fear from the interview round, they dont know how to react. They think how will they react to the questions or anything asked by the interviewers. Well friends, there is no need to hide from interview . Feeling nervous is okay but feeling confused and feared is not good.

One should be very CONFIDENT and POSITIVE in a interview. There may be at times when the one wont be having the answers for the questions but its fine not to know anything and say confidently that u dont have the answer for it.

The candidate for the interview should be ENTHUSIASTIC , KNOWLEDGEABLE and present himself CONFIDENTLY.
