Yes training increases the sales. because many of the sales person don't know how to communicate with customers of different mentality. Training helps the both the sales person and the organization too to improve their sales target. It helps the sales person to understand the customer mentality and need. So if the sales person able to understand that at what type of customer they have to target then it saves their time and also increases the sales. And the most important thing the organization have more satisfied customers and good relationship with the customers which help the organization to increase the good will of the company.

Yes training is critical process in any organization. But for new employee or fresher training is very important. Especially in sales, people need training, like how to speak with clients, how to overcome typical situations. More over employees also learn something by their experience. Training is like providing a path to reach clients or customers. By training only employees can work more efficiently, effectively and even they will learn how to attract customer. Training provides better path to get into market. So for these reason only companies are spending much time on training.

Training does increase sales. It helps in developing the skills which are most needed in the corporate world. It provides you the platform to apply your skills and see to it as how and where you can apply these skills. along with that, training teaches you the tactics as how simultaneously you can apply two three skills at a time. And how well you can understand the situation and then apply the apt skill appropriately. This will help in growing up your sales and enhancing your business. Training is a must when any employee joins any organisation. Because the employee should be trained against the needs and environment of the company and in the set of rules and regulations of the company. At that time he understand the organisation well and what is organization is expecting out from the employee.

Training in any kind of work is required and it not only increases sales. Training and development is said simultaneously. However, there is difference between training and development. Training is basically how you teach them to do effective things and development is when the person has applied those skills again again what he has learn in training. Training is present and development is future. Training is very important. Through this person learns the skills that are very must for sales. It teaches us how to tackle problem if faced any time. It makes you efficient and as well as effective. When a person learns the appropriate skills, it tends to increase the sales as he becomes efficient by learning the skills in the training process.

Yes definitely, its true that training increases the sales of any organisation. Training provides more knowledge and aptitude about how to work and how to proceed with the task allotted to an individual. It increases the efficency of work within any subordinate , thereby reducing the wastages and mistakes happening at the job. Training makes an employee confident about his job to perform and hence this increases the zeal within an individual to perform well thereby increasing the sales of the organisation. Hence, every organisation should provide training to the employess as it gives them more knowledge and insight regarding the task to be performed which also increases the sales thereby.

According to me if a sales person want to increase his/her sales, training is important.Ongoing sales training and sales coaching is the key to become successful sales person.

Ongoing sales training encourages you to let go some outdated practices and replace those ineffective habits or behaviors with effective, bottom line, results-oriented sales habits.Ongoing sales training should be more than strategy and technique.

Sales training not only bring timely sales knowledge, but also initial and ongoing training is the ultimate learning tool for sales professionals. Effective sales training teaches how to succeed and helps in building relation with clients for customer retention.
Ongoing sales training also encourages us to let go some outdated practices and replace those ineffective habits or behaviors with effective, bottom line, results-oriented sales habits.
Training in any organization should begin with building a strong foundation and i.e. Belief in oneself. The products or services that we sell, the organization that we represent, and the market in which we work. As our personal and product confidence will be reflected in our attitude, our body language, and will finally give results.

Off course training is very critical in all the process of an organisation. It is important in sales because sales is the single most important part of any business. Hence, it is necessary that a business should have a well trained sales staff. better the sales people know their product, the better chance they have in selling that product or better they know their customer, the better the probability of selling to the customer.

This is the responsibility of a team lead that he will train sales people about their product and tell them about the customers to whom they are dealing and how to handle their objections..

Training is a continuous exercise, training should be given to the sales person are:
- Product training
- Selling skills training
- Soft skills training
- CRM training
- Sales Process Training - Prospect, opportunity & sales.

Similar to driving or swimming where one learns only after practically trying, most of the learning in sales happens during customer interactions.
There is nothing better than getting the chance to handle a tough customer. Which is the reason most of us believe that training little helps in sales.
But if training is blended with the knowledge of an experienced person, it can significantly improve the skills of the sales persons.

The role of the team lead should be able to understand the gaps which are affecting the performance of a particular employee. Secondly, he should be
able to analyze if the skills of the person are aligned to what company wants to sell. For ex. if company wants to focus on a particular product where
margins are higher, the knowledge should be given to the sales personnel about how to sell them.

Yes, providing with all the knowledge in one shot is not possible. Only the continuous training can help in developing the required skills.

Practical training could be more effective than theoretical one. Like listening to other sales person's call, taking mock calls & putting the sales
person into tough situations can help analyzing weakness and improving necessary skills.

Today it is said that training is very critical in all the process of an organisation. Yes, because if we don't give training to new candidate how can he know that what the work he has to do in an organisation .With out training no one can learn how to perform in an organisation. Its very important in sales as if the new persons join the organisation he should be given proper training about how sales is done in an organisation. How can you perform better to increase sales. The role of the team lead in training is the most important part as he tells each and every point to his new member who joins his team as how we work .How to tackle clients .And each and every point what he tells to his other subordinates. It totally depends on the team leader that how will he manage his team .Yes, training should be the continuous process because without training you can not tell you team members to do work or sales .Training should be a motivational because if you motivate your team members, they will perform better as compare to normal training.....
