Sales Tips and advice :
• Listen,Keep you ears always open for your clients. Like its said, don't be a crocodile salesperson, big mouth and no ears.
• Always be motivated. Remember, a no always gets you closer to a Yes.
• Keep that enthusiasm alive. For every sale you miss because of being over enthusiastic, you'll miss a hundred more for not having it at all.
• Improve your network. The more people you talk to, the more prospects you open, the more orders you get.
• Do not assume. Assumption is an evil when it comes to sales.
• Keep the correct attitude. Treating your clients with respect, understanding them; these are the keys to successful sales.
• Know your competitors well. An eagle eye on their strategies is always helpful.
• Always keep a plan B ready. You never know when, where, how it can come handy.

1. Sales process should not present any barriers that make it confusing or complicated for customers.
2. The sales person should be effiecient to share and communicate regarding it product.
3. He should have good communication skills.
4. Full knowledge regarding the product should be given to the customers.
5. Convincing ability should be there within the sales person.
6. The sales person is reqiured to be confident also for the same.
7. Demonstartion of the use of product can be very effective in making good sales.

According to my sales experience i would like to say
1- A sales person should have accurate knowledge in terms of customers business,his competitors and services offered to the customer.
2- Always listen the problems of customers and accordingly give solutions by offering your services.
3- Always maintain a good relation with your existing clients.

you need to understand the PAIN areas of any client before pitching the product, it will help you as well as as the customer to understand the importance of your product or services.
Apart from these you need to have product knowledge,after sales support is important to get references or up selling.
