First of we need to explain to the customer science involved behind the product. For example if we need to sell a product "sunscreen lotion" we need to explain customer what type of ingredients company use in that Product. importance of SFP. How SFP proct u.v. rays. Advantages of it etc.
How ur company product differs from another etc.

The way we talk with them plays a crucious role..

In sales process building relationship with the customers is completely depend upon the sales person. The customer never try to know what type of company or organization was, because the customer can see and hear only the sales person. So to believe or trust upon the company is completely depend upon the sales person.
It depends upon how the sales person behave and convince the customer.
If the customer has good knowledge about the product and he/she understand the customer requirement very well and make them sure that he/she will guide in
proper way then the customer like to buy the product from him only and also always like to advice from him.
So it helps to make the relationship with the customer and which is indirectly very good for the customer and organization too.

Building a relationship with clients is very important for sales process and for organizations also. To build relation with client , simple be transparent and honest. more over give respect to the client. Listen what clients are saying and satisfy their needs. Whenever speak with client , speak confidently and speak truth only. this is the best way to build good relationship with clients.

To build a relationship with the clients and customers of the organisation , its very important that they are been provided with the right kind of product and services so that they feel satisfied with the product and services provided by the company . The clients should feel worth for the product as they are the ones who are taking out money from there pockets to fullfill there needs and hence they want to purchase such a product which satisfies there needs and adds value to money as well. Therefore, sales process of any product definitely helps in increasing and building the relationships .

Building and maintaining client relationships is a central part of working life.. the way we interact with the clients should be based on mutual trust and respect. By communicating honestly we can quickly turn these interactions into something more personal..Share Your Knowledge,Be Honest ,think of clients as more than just “clients”...

Simple... Respect them first, Treat them well, respond them actively, support them completely, and guide them affectionately..and as a result you have a good relationship with the clients..

You need to respect them and suggest them what actually is good for them. And for this you need to treat them well, make them comfortable to discuss their requirement , you should actively respond to all their queries and doubts and finally suggest them the most suitable product , according to their requirement and the budget...

Sales Is a relationship driven job..you can build relationship with your client by following "different strokes for different folks" approach..Their is no single golden rule which can help you in building relationship..You should be good at analyzing what your client wants to listen and you should tell him same..Some clients are very professional and want to talk only business so you need to act accordingly.. some clients want to discuss general topic,politics,sports etc during your interaction so you should talk same.. Bottom line is you should make your client comfortable during interaction and he should see you as consultant who can solve his problem...If you are able to bring this confidence in client RELATIONSHIP is built.

Building a relationship with somebody requires trust. When a sales person is honest with his customers, focuses on his needs and solutions rather his
sales it helps him building the relationship with the client. Also being in touch with the client & constantly taking feedbacks from them can help in
bulding better relationships with the clients.

how to build relationship with clients in a sales process:

a) by giving them good after sales service
b) don't forget your client after making a sale which most of the sales person does , always try to keep in touch with them and guide them how to use your products/services effectively for their business growth.
c) make your client your good friend. building relationship with client is similar to building friendship with new friend.

Be Honest and Transparent.

Try to make your Turn around time as fast as possible..getting work completed well and on time is essential to maintain client relationships

Regular updates on shared proposals ensure smooth development and helps clarifying out any problems as soon as they arise

Always play a role of Problem Solver for them.
