you will have to carry your patient all the time,
just try to make understand your customer,
give discount according to customer if your ability to give them,
just give good quality and services to your customer....

To become a Good sales person , The individual should have this qualities:

1. Driven: Has a sense of urgency and a need to accomplish the task at hand
2. Confident: Believes in own abilities and can handle rejection
3. Outgoing: Projects a great first impression and is energized by social interactions.
4. Assertive: Effectively controls interactions and doesn’t cave in easily
5. Funny: Engages customer emotions, is likeable and memorable
6. Structured: Leads the customer through the process, is organized and follows through
7. Relational: Cares about the person, not just the sale; effectively identifies customer needs
8. Focused: Doesn’t get sidetracked; knows the final destination

To become a good sales person the individual is required to have good communication skills so that whenever he speaks with the customers , he is fluent with whatever he speaks. the sales person should also have full knowledge regarding its product and should be able to convince the customers to purchase the product. He should know all the languages of that region particularly. He should be polite with the customers and should have good physical health as he has to travel at various places for different hours of the day. The sales person should be honest to the customers while saying them about the product there company is providing. Most importantly he should have a good negotiation skills . Hence, this all factors are required a sales person to become good.

How to become good sales person:-
Sales person always need to improve their communications skills and they should have punctuality and they should meet clients at right person. Mostly sales person should have patience.
If sales person want to become good sales person then they need to follow these things:-
Always sales person should know about the product clearly and he should able to explain the product technically also.
Study the product what you are going to sell and understand that explain that clearly to customers.
Be as friend of customer and greet them properly.
Be an expert of your field.
Maintain smile on your face while speaking with customer.
And always have "I can do" attitude.
Focus on solving problems rather than focusing on selling product.
Listen properly to the customer and ask good questions.
Be enthusiastic, and you should be goal oriented, try to face challenges, be grateful.

According to me, everybody in the business of selling. Somebody selling their thoughts, ideas, products, services, emotions etc. Customers don't buy the product depending upon the brand or quality, the brand name and quality plays only 30% role in choosing the product or service, customers buy the idea, attitude and how a sales man behave with the customer.
There are ten essential points to self motivate in sales job. They are as follows:
1. First you must believe in the product or service your are selling.
2. The product should be packed attractively so it attracts the customer and if it is service then you should well dressed well presented so that it influence the customer.
3. You should always maintain a pleasant smile on your face.
4. Try to use the customer’s name as soon as possible and don't be over formal.
5. Try to know that customer is attentive and comfortable or not, if he / she not make them first comfortable then start explaining your product and service.
6. Always make sure that you are listening to your customers by nodding your head or with expressions.
7. Always show genuine interest to your customer and their business.
8. Always talk positively.
9. Try to mirror the person, because people likes people who are like themselves.
10. Always try to look and sound warm and friendly, then you will get more positive response.

The first step a sales person should do is set certain milestones to achieve his target . He should always have the contingency plan ready if the plan does not work the way he wants . A good sales person first of all should be ready to go anywhere in the world ,that is travelling plays an important role. Secondly, he should be bold enough to speak to the customers smartly , build a good connection with the client about yourself and the company your representing . Thirdly have good communication skills to convince him to buy the product. In order to explain the product he should know the product very well and also to clear the clients or customers doubts .
A sales person should not be demotivated if he is rejected, eventually he should be self- motivated to explore the other ways of selling the product. Different ways of approaches or strategies should be applied to different customers . The way a sales person gives guarantee or assurance for the product also play an important role because many customers need guarantee or assurance for the product if they are unaware of it.

Sales play an important role to increase the profitability of the firm. Salesmen have their targets to be achieved within a short duration of time.
If the product is new ,the biggest challenge involved is handling customer rejection. Customers tend to ignore the product if they have not heard about it. It plays an important role for the sales person to convince the customer if he knows well who are the target customers. Prospects should not only be convinced but also converted into targets to buy the product. Many a times it happens that customers pretend or show willingness at the start that they are going to buy, but the reality turns out to be something else at the end that they start avoiding you and later say they are not willing to buy the product. So its important to isolate at the start itself that who are going to be your target consumers and focus more time on them on following up.

Following can be considered in order to become a good sales person:

1. A sales person sholud always be confident while speaking to the consumers .
2. He should have full knowledge regarding its product , its features and its pricing.
3. He should not be aggressive while talking to the consumers. He is requires to be polite .
4. He should have the convincing capabilities .
5. He should be persistent and should have good communication skills.
6. He should be aware of the regional language so that he is able to communicate well.
7. Most importantly, he should be hard working in order to be a sales person.
Hence, all this qualities make a good sales person provided all of it is been followed in the right way.

In order to become a good salesperson, the salesperson should know his product very well. He/she should have each and every detail about the product. This would ensure that no matter what query the client has, the salesperson will be able to answer.

Secondly, the salesperson should be confident. Until and unless the person is confident, the client will not have confidence on whatever he says.

Thirdly, he/she should be full of energy as no one would like to communicate or buy product from a person who is dull and uninterested.

Last but not the least, he /she should have good communication skills.

What makes a good sales person first and foremost is how knowledgeable they seem.

You should be able to answer any questions a customer has about whatever you are trying to sell them. Do your research by asking yourself what kind of questions you would ask when buying the same thing.

Everything else like appearance and personality is definitely important, but is much more like the wrapping paper on the package.
