There are two types of people in sales.
The first one's who believes in preference and the other, who believes in conviction.
People who believe in preference no doubt, have strong beliefs. But a belief that will change under crises or circumstance.
Where as conviction is a belief that you will not change.
People believe in preference will grow, but they stop on a certain level, whereas people with conviction have no boundaries, no limits. For them it's always "Do or Die" situation...
