I Think both are extremely important...
High customer loyalty is one of the most important indicator of good performing companies which is directly linked to customer satisfaction.These are actually the backbone of any sales process.It is all about Finding,Winning and Keeping customers 8-) So according to me, companies should be loyal to their customers by providing them the maximum satisfaction.

In your opinion which is more important Customer Loyalty or Customer Satisfaction..or both..Share opinions..
