Management steps are very important for the organization in order to gain the success. There are five steps in management. They are planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.

1. Planning : It is a decision in advance what to do, when to do and how to do a particular task. Plans are framed to achieve better results for the organization.

2. Organizing : It means implementing the plans, and should concentrate on their goals and objectives of a particular organization.

3. Staffing: It means placing a right person for the right task is important. It plays a major role for the organization.

4. Directing: After placing them they have to direct them in the correct way and also should explain about the goals and objectives of their organization clearly.

5. Controlling : In the sense monitoring every thing what is happening in their business, how they are working. If there is any deviation they have to find them & train the people and start working again in order to get success for the organization.

Management is very important be it in whatever field. It helps the actions and activities of the company be more organised and simplified which helps in getting more sales and profits for the organisation. Well, the management steps include:

1. Palnning- which is deciding upon the future course of action. It acts as a base for all the other steps.

2. Organising- Once the planning is done , next thing to pay attention is the getting the right things done by the right individual.

3. Staffing- Most important in Management is to staff and recruit the right calibre of prople in the organisation.

4. Directing- Once the individuals are recruited , they are required to be directed towards the achievement of the goals and targets of the organisation.

5. Controlling And coordinating- Once all the above steps are done, the actions and activities need to be monitores and observed so that if there are any deviations , then they can be looked upon very well before the time and this would be achieved when there is coordination in the organisation.

Management is basically the process of getting work dont hrough others. Management is a part of every organisation which handles the running of the business. There are 5 steps in the management process.

!. Planning: Planning is basically deciding in advance what is to be done, how it is to be done, who is to do it?? etc It is future oriented.

2. Organising: Organising is basically the working towards the goals and objectived decided in the planning process.

3. Directing: Directing is basically implementing the steps towards the work that has to be done for achievement of goals and objectives.

4. Co-ordinating: Co-ordinating is basically coordinating the activities of different employees and different departments for the achievement of goals and objectives.

5. Controlling: Controlling is measuring the activities against planned activities and see how much results we have achieved.
