Blog marketing is a boon and bane.

Boon; for those who understands the potential of that and know how to use that as effective as. But some small firm are not aware of it and its effect. For small firms it’s still a bane.

World is changing. The forms of communication that were at peek much less than 10 years ago are almost forgotten now. Technology is growing rapidly, and with that is growing the usage of different online channels as a marketing channel. If you would have asked this question few years back, someone would have laughed maybe. But reality in present times is this only.
Blog marketing sure is a better, much easier and way too cheaper way for marketers to connect with mass customer. Plus if used wisely, you can actually keep your customers more interested in a blog than a 30 seconds ad on television. Also, since a blog even gives you the chance of interacting with customers and hence getting feedback too, it’s all in all a great boon for marketer.
But alas!! No coin has but just a single side. Along with being fast and easy, blogging is also a channel that can’t be easily controlled by us. One single mistake from our side, or one wrong interpretation from customers end may go viral over net in a matter of seconds, and there’s hardly anything you can do for that. So be careful. Even though blog marketing can be a boon to marketers, but that sure is with a hard edge.

As internet usage is increasing day by day, the chances for the marketer has also increased to get connected to their customer. Any product or services need a good marketing to grab the market share, online marketing has made this task easier and cheapest. Blog marketing is also the part of the online marketing. Now a days, many people used to read and write the blog. So , marketers can get connect to them by writing a good blog about their company or about their products. Marketer can also conduct a survey about their new product which is to be launched.
As every thing in this world has good and bad both sides. So, blog marketing also have the negative effects that your competitor can easily blog negative wordings about your product which can effect the sales of your product. Another negative implication of blog marketing is the immeasurable amount of brand and product information available, makes consumer's decision harder and make them feeling confused and unsure about which option is best for them. Therefore , i think blog marketing is a boon as well bane.

Blog marketing is a kind of social media marketing technique used by many organizations to market their product/brand/service. Many companies hire professional bloggers and pay them for writing blog for their products.It is one of the cheapest methods of marketing.

Blog marketing has very low cost for per person reach. Since there are many people who follow the blogs so this medium can be accessed by a varied and huge public. Besides this it not very time consuming and its very easy to convey the message via blogs. But,there are many aspects that disfavor the use of blog marketing. One of them is the use of blog marketing just to earn money. Many bloggers see this as a good source of revenue and write just to impress the client. This undermines the real purpose of expressing oneself through blogging. Besides this, many a times the negative comments on blogs earn a bad name for the organization amongst the loyal customers and hence the company looses its brand equity. Thus blogs can be a boon or bane depending upon how its content is perceived by the readers. This era of increase in prevalence of social networking, this technique of marketing has a lot of scope and hence seems to be very promising.

Blogs, a forum where a single author or multiple authors write articles and may even allow its readers to comment, are gaining traction these days in a big way. What I feel is that it is a very good way of creating a relationship with the readers/potential customers through the writings of their interest. Blogs, now a days are even resulting in viral marketing. By considering the above facts, I feel blog-marketing is really a great boon. There are some disadvantages in this also like the authors may not control the content of advertising and so on, but my point is there is always one or the other disadvantage in any medium of marketing. So, we have to trade off the potential advantages with disadvantages and take measures to mitigate it as much as possible. If used in an right way Blog-marketing is a Boon.

Every technology has some advantages & some disadvantages. So Blog marketing also has the same.
• Through Blog marketing, we can publicises a website, business, brand, or service.
• This also includes recommendations and reviews by the blogger, promotion via entries on third party blogs.
• For business, blog marketing can helps to get the feedback of products and services. This can helps them to upgrade their system, after sales services, adjusting production planning, forecasting.
• If business receives lots of negative feedback about product or service, then it creates viral marketing. It directly effects on the planning, scheduling, short product life cycle.It creates loss of sales.

Well,what is takes to create a blog,just five minutes.Well blog marketing is widely practised all over the world nowdays. It is the art of promoting your websites,services and campaigns through writing online blogs.It is not mainstream marketing,but will surely come in mainstream marketing in a couple of years with the increasing penetration of the internet.As per my views it is a boon for the people and the online community.If it is promoted and boosted in the right direction it can lead to many positive results.Blog marketing is new in India,but it is increasing at a faster rate as more and more people are getting connected with internet and writing blogs online.But seeing the western trends,many online bloggers are writing blogs and promoting their business through it.

Nowdays,four out of ten people are writing their own blogs.Each one understands the importance of writing a blog.There are two categories of people who write blogs,one is the serious blog writer and the other is the casual blog writer.The blog marketing is done by these serious blog writers.Casual blog writers are those who just write blogs for the sake of writing or just for improving their writing skills.Serious blog writers look for promoting their business through blogs.They can post their website link,any new deal or get information about the market through their own blogs.These things mean business.Well one would think that how one can earn money or increase his business by just writing something.But with the advent of technology and internet these things are becoming possible.Over ten years back nobody would have thought that hese things would had be possible.

Now looking at the rapid growing internet environment nowdays,it can be rightly said that blog marketing is definately a boon.Whenever you write a blog,you encourage others to write too.So firstly it motivates peers to write.Secondly,it increases your business and bring bright future prospects for your business.Thirdly,it improves your writing skills and allows you to share your experience with your friends,hence increasing connectivity among people.Other advantages include promoting your website through your blog and earning profit for providing various services.This shows a positive trend for online bloggers.So just creating a blog through blogger.com and writing fancy articles will not do any good,go and start earning money through your online blogs.So try to go with the serious approach.

It is both. A blog is maintained by a blogger that contains information and Blog marketing is the way of reaching a customer through a blog. As the number of internet users has increased drastically so the readers of it. It is one of the most important and relatively inexpensive for online marketing and can be used in initial phase of promotion. This way, it is boon. But other way it is bane because out of existing internet users how many users really read, see or care about the blog and the information in it. The answer is 'very few'.

Well i think BLOG MARKETING is both a boon and a bane. Sometimes it does a real good to the organisation by providing them with the real information as to how there product is been projected in the market. This will help the organisation to improve the quality and tie all there loose ends so that they can give tough call to there competitiors. But at same time it is a negative point also because sometimes the competitors might use it to post wrong details which my degrade the organisations reputation.

Many organizations refrain from doing blog marketing and many support this. For ex-Oracle & HP both have a dedicated webpage for blogs. They welcome critics. While many others say, competitors post false information and thus, degrade brand equity.
