Employee Reference always plays a two way role in the organisation. It helps keep the employees refer his friend for an opportunity in the organisation for which they are benefited with Bonus/incentives. At the same time Pre-employment check is also necessary to hire right candidate. Pre-employment check includes background verification, educational, professional, criminal verification etc.

In reference to the hiring process employee reference,background verification,medical check ups are very important.Doing so ensures that right candidate is hired but there are loopholes in these processes also,generally people give references of their known people which are already set in advanced so what is the use than when everything is fixed up.Even when it comes to medical checkups not the real picture comes in front of employer in all cases.
Yes it is essential but when carefully analyzed and implemented.

These are the basic things which are to be done ..due to growing competition and lesser demand of freshers...candidates try to put on some fake experiences and certificates to land in jobs....but an HR person sitting at his desk cant check on his own..so they need to outsource these things which sometimes also results in wrong information as that person is bribed or something......

Recruiting a candidate can be beneficial only when you have chosen the right one! To do that it is indeed very crucial to go a little beyond and verify candidate’s background in detail. :idea:
Now-a-days, it is very common that the job aspirants lie about their background and credentials in-order to lure employer and grab the opportunity. Thus the role of Background check ensures the employer that the candidate has the background and experience he or she claims.
But, what is the correct way to go for :?: :?:
