The biggest challenge in recruitment is that you have to coordinate the person and many a times what happens the candidate tells that we are coming and then they don't come for the interview and hr schedules every thing according to the candidate that this candidate will come at this time and another problem is with right position for which he / she have applied ,first of all the hr should take the interview from her hand and if he / she feels that candidate is good then they should forward to their senior , that this is the candidate which we have found suitable for the position then the next level of round is been taken by the senior then he / she decides whether the person is suitable or not for the position .

And the most biggest challenge for the recruitment is that the recruitment team have to schedule if the position is for 2 candidates then they have to schedule at least more than 50 candidates out of which some go to next level of round and some are out and then the candidate who are selected they are been schedule for next round and after all the rounds only to candidates are selected .So doing a recruitment it is one of the biggest challenge of the recruitment team. So hates of to them that they are doing a fabulous job by selecting the right candidate for right position ..... :D :)

According to me, biggest challenge in recruitment is to find an employee who will retain in the company for a longer duration. The young blood is very fickle minded, which is the reason they keep hopping from one job to another. Shifting jobs in a shorter duration neither helps the employee in his career growth nor the company. Employee attrition increases the cost of the company. Hiring an employee involves both time and cost consumption. So to cut down this cost, the employee should be appropriate for the job and also should have a stable mindset.

Biggest challenge in recruitment is getting right skill sets in individual, for right job.. More than that is domain knowledge to get a job & serious attitude to continue it..

So right candidate for Job is important...

Hiring a new employee is a tedious process accustom with ethical considerations for- pre-employment screenings, background checks, online referrals on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc and other employment compliance that are difficult to deal with.

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN RECRUITMENT IS TO FIND THE BEST EMPLOYEE FOR THE PARTICULAR DESIGNATION AND READ OUT THE MIND OF EMPLOYEE FOR THE JOB ,,,COZ ITS THE CAGIEST PROBLEM TO FIND OUT THE RIGHT MAN POWER TO THE RIGHT DESIGNATION,WHO GIVE THE 100 % TO THE COMPANY AND REDUCE THE COST OF RECRUITMENT .

One more point to continue with the above argument- the job seeker must show some seriousness and sense of responsibility towards their attitude...

Biggest Challenge in recruitment for almost every Industry is "Employability" i.e candidates' capability for getting the job opportunity and maintaining the minimum expectations.
The generation of the era has to prove that they are employable through their knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) they possess.
