No in my opinion switching a Job on the basis of salary only is wrong because you must think of many more points before switching the job because when you go somewhere else than you have to start a new beginning so its a very important decision that for only one purpose you are changing the job ..If you have some other reasons than it is a right decision that changing a job because if you are not satisfied with the work or atmosphere their than you can think because working in that environment you can not survive for a long .So you should change a job . Changing a job is a big risk because sometimes where you are working there you have settled and when you go to other place than you don't no what would be the atmosphere their , would you be able to manage their the new people and many more things.... So changing on the basis of salary is not the right decision in my opinion......It depends on person to person that what decision he have to take for his future . But if you are changing the job than think many times that whether i am taking the right decision or not......... :) :) :) :)

No..!! In case of job switch, it's not only salary what matters..!!

Looking at the trend in industry, these days employees switch job due at money constrain, as this is the basic factor maintaining living. But i will keep Job Satisfaction higher to monetary constrain, which is even related to Salary. :(

There are several factors affecting job change for a deserving candidate, who have good knowledge & command on his/her role, but salary is the major among all of them :P .

No I don't feel the Salary should be the only constraint in job and if one is not getting good salary he/she should change the job.. but along with this, I would like to say Salary has major impact on our personal and social life so its will not be wrong to say salary is important..

Talking about today's environment, when companies are not having good human resources and in this kind of business scenario if one is good/talented, then no doubt he will make his shining position in any company he represents..

So for switching the job, salary should not be only constraint..
