#1 Postby khyatiimtn » Mon May 25, 2015 5:19 pm

It is important to interview the interviewer to understand about the corporate style being followed by the organisation. The following questions are :

1.What does he expect from his subordinates?
2. Is there any particular format that he expects from his subordinates?
3.What is his management style?
4.What is the current satisfaction level of his team & how do they rate him?
5.How is his relation with his boss ?
These are the few questions which should always be asked by the interviewee to his interviewer to get the bigger picture of an organisation

Has this thought ever entered to your mind ? That's a general perception, if we are going to ask questions to the employer, they may not select us. We just agree to all the things just to get a job and finally land up in repugnant and unpalatable job. Within 3-4 months we start looking for other job .

Instead we all should ask at least three basic questions to the interviewer which will give you the clear picture ..

1. History of this position ?

Is this newly created position or extension or just a re-placement. We all should know why they are hiring you. If its a newly created position then what are the KRAs, if its a replacement, then why was previous employee was fired and do you have those skill sets or not which will justify this position.

2. Whats the problem employer is facing ?

We all should know that any position or hiring is done is to solve problems only. Then you should be well aware of the fact that what is the problem and how well you can handle it.
3. The most important question is " What is your style of management ?"

Most employer may not give you the satisfactory ans. Some may say " Do what I say " and is most common too. If I have to do what you say, then they should hire a robot. What is the need of hiring a brain.

Next time whenever you face an interview....ask these questions...and do share the answers you all get ....
