India is really a good place to work and in future it is going to be much better. We can analyse this statement from two perspective one from employer or entrepreneur's perspective and other from employee's perspective who are working there.
If we talk about entrepreneur's perspective the rules and regulations are bit stringent but becoming liberal as government is doing their best to make the environment investor friendly. Employees are also enjoying working in India as they are getting good remuneration and other benefits.

India has been the center of teachings and innovations and its being proved from centuries to centuries.. Ten centuries back India held the 80% of world trade before the invaders invaded India and started destroying our country...In taday's world of globalization India has around 1-2% of global trade which is unacceptable looking at the manpower we have. Though India liberalized its economy in 1991 and since then it has shown tremendous progress and growth. By 2050 India will be the leader in global trade in all fields including Manufacturing, Services, sports, etc.. India is the best place to invest and work as it has a massive domestic market and headquarter of Information technology. The whole world is looking at India for their business opportunities as the west is saturated..

There is no denial in the fact that India a good place to work. But we always want better. Pursuing Phd. here pays you 18k to 25k INR while in US, its more than 3-4k USD and lots of other benefits. Lots of opportunities, better education, better life style everything is promised outside then there is no harm in leaving. Promise me here, I will not leave...

India ,a world within itself has a population of 1.2 billion .Of this huge lot there are very few who get exposed to the supreme necessity named education. Though our country has been successful in producing world class technocrats in various areas is that all enough. We not only produce them but also exporting them to other nations. Its really horrifying when we come across such statistics which says that there are over five thousand Indian doctors in U.S.A ,more than 35% of the employees in NASA are Indians .Why do people have to cross the borders for their bread and what is inadequate in this beautiful country and for heavens sake do not say its opportunities .My friend ,opportunities have to be created . Its not at all a tough ask as all that matters is that one spark and that's nothing but innovation . Once a being gets his mind towards the direction of innovative thinking then that opens the door for several opportunities but we Indians always want to score high in boards ,get admitted to a good university and become an engineer or doctor and all that awaits is the ticket to some alien country and you should see the happiness on the mom's face followed with that sigh of relief claiming "my job is done" but little did the mother realise that her son/daughter is not only forgetting his mother nation but also his/her mother. I can understand the average Indian's burning itch to settle in life quickly but spare some thought for this nations that has given you this privilege of being an efficient professional . Have some courtesy towards your nation ,only that can give a complete meaning to your life. "Rome was not built in a day" similarly only the small steps that you take will lead you to the paradise called a developed nation .its high time and we have to focus on erecting India to a great height in all spheres like infrastructure, agriculture,R&D ,hygiene .There isn't a dearth of any resources its we who always want things served as a hot pancake rather preparing it. So lets leave the past and work at present for a bright future.JAIHIND
