Very rightly said... If Google will keep itself expanding with same pace then very soon a new terminology wIll come in the market i.e., ~~GOOGOLOPOLY~~....

For Google, The first part is 'Earn'. according to a survey, Google makes 95% of its money from advertising. Even though other parts of its business are growing faster.

The second part of the strategy involves enticing people to use services that can either deliver ads or collect data to improve targeting. Others fall into the Expand category where Google seeks to increase internet usage. If you're online more, Google knows it will ultimately benefit. That explains projects like self-driving cars or wi-fi balloons in Africa.

Finally, Google lets employees experiment. Some become full-fledged products. Other experiments are "big-bets" on things like solar or investments by Google Ventures in promising start ups it might someday ingest...

Google Strategy

#2 Postby archit » Thu May 16, 2013 4:37 pm

Slowly and gradually Google is coming up with more and more consolidation solutions..If we talk about role of technology in our life we have various touch points like internet, mobile, TV and many more..If we see latest trends Google is consolidating these different technology in one product. For Example Google Fiber can be used for watching TV and browsing internet.

Recently they have also launched "Hangout' unified platform to access your all chat option at one place, Slowly Google is making strong presence in Hardware market also with introduction of Nexus, Chrome Book, Google glass and many more.

Google is trying to capture all technology touch points and is having a solution for same..Can we expect Google dominance at all technology front?

Your comments and suggestion are welcome... :geek:
